Friends of San Bruno Mountain
Provides educational opportunities at San Bruno Mountain State and County Park, restores habitat, and builds appreciation and understanding of the unique ecosystem at San Bruno Mountain. Friends of Edgewood

Friends of Huddart and Wunderlich Parks
The vision of the Friends of Huddart and Wunderlich Parks is to promote environmental awareness and education through community participation in the preservation and enjoyment of our natural environment. Volunteer groups help rangers maintain the parks and educate visitors. The group also provides financial support for park programs and volunteer activities. For more information visit their website.
Volunteer Horse Patrol
The Volunteer Horse Patrol serves as the "eyes and ears" of the county parks. Equestrian teams (horse and rider) ride the trails helping the park service by observing and reporting trail use and conditions. Volunteers also inform and assist visitors by answering questions, handing out maps, and advising visitors of park regulations and etiquette. Park visitors and the park service both benefit from the visibility and general assistance provided by the volunteers.

Friends of Fitzgerald Marine Reserve
The Friends of Fitzgerald Marine Life Refuge is a volunteer organization founded in 1987 to preserve and protect this unique natural resource, to encourage educational and research programs there, and to support educational and interpretive services for schools and the public.
Friends of Fitzgerald Marine Life Refuge study marine biology and intertidal interpretation and then lead tours through the tide pools or serve as roving interpreters, answering visitors' questions or pointing out the marine animals inhabiting the reef.

CuriOdyssey brings children and families up close with the natural world. Their mission is to educate and inspire people to take care of the earth wisely. Coyote Point Marina
The Coyote Point Marina is part of the Coyote Point Recreation Area. Our warm climate and mid-peninsula location make for an ideal boating environment. With highly predictable wind patterns, Coyote Point is a center for such diverse types of watercraft such as sailboats, powerboats, windsurf boards, jet skis, kayaks and traditional Hawaiian outrigger canoes.
